Kennika Caesar, Owner-Program Director


Kennika has been involved in cheerleading for the past 29 years as a cheerleader, coach, program director,  gym owner and judge. She has cheered on the high school, collegiate and all star levels for 10 years with the last 19 years being a coach and program director.  She has coached on the recreational, high school and all star levels and along with her teams has earned numerous state and national titles.  Kennika is currently the assistant head coach of the Christiana High School cheerleading program and program director of Cheer Force All Stars.  She has served as a board member of the Delaware Cheerleading Coaches Association (DCCA) and was recently nominated as coach of the year.  She is CPR, first aid and AACCA certified.  During her cheerleading career Kennika's main goal was to allow any child who wanted to learn the skills of cheerleading the opportunity to do so.  She gets great joy when an athlete improves and accomplishes goals on and off the mat. 


India Sutton, Program Director


India was a child of music & dance, playing multiple instruments & taking classical dance lessons. Going to her brothers football games and watching the cheerleaders sparked something inside her that she could not shake.  She joined a local recreational team and has since been involved in cheerleading,  30 years & counting.  During this time she has cheered for recreational & high school teams.  She continued on in coaching recreational, junior high and all star teams, winning multiple state & national championships.

She is currently a Director and coach with Cheer Force All Stars.  She hopes to uplift & inspire people through her love for cheerleading.  She wants every child that's has interest in cheerleading be able to be a part of the cheer world, learn & excel in cheerleading and life fundamentals, give back to the community & become well rounded members of society. "Cheerleading isn't just a sport, it's a way of life!"


Ayasha Joyce, Program Director


Ayasha  grew up active in Dance, gymnastics, karate and track and field.   She was bitten by the cheer bug during her freshman year of high school and continued to cheer until she graduated. Ayasha’s love of cheer lead to serve as Co-Director of recreational cheer program that went on to win multiple Delaware state Championship titles and  national titles. After 5 years of volunteering as a Co Director Ayasha decided it was time to take her love of cheer to the All Star level. Ayasha believes that every athlete who wants to cheer should have an opportunity too.  She credits what she learned through cheerleading to her success in her personal life.


Coach Deb

Debi’s passion for the sport of cheerleading began in 1987, when her brother, Mike, recruited her to coach the cheerleaders of a youth football program. She won multiple State and National Championships when she coached Recreational, High School, and All-Star level cheerleading. Debi also coached DFRC Gold Cheer for two years. In addition, Debi holds National Level Judging Certifications with Varsity All Star and YCADA.  She has judged at the Local, State, Regional, and National levels.

Debi is a member of the Varsity All Star Judges Association and the Delaware Cheer Coaches Association. She is also a founding member/coach of the Delaware Stars, a Special Needs Competitive Cheer program.  Along with the Cheer Force Directors and Coaches, she believes that every athlete who wants to cheer should have an opportunity too 

Former affiliations include: Director of Judges for Cheer and Dance Extreme, USASF Cheer/Dance certified Safety Judge, Vice President and founding member of the DCCA, and DIAA/NFHS Spirit Rules Interpreter.

Outside of the cheerleading spectrum, Debi has a passion for animals, especially horses. She is the Rescue Mom to a horse named Nicky.  Debi is also a member of PATH International (Professional Association for Therapeutic Horsemanship) and is a certified Therapeutic Riding Instructor.  Her goal is to work at the Summit Centre for Therapeutic Riding in Middletown.

The philosophy of Cheer Force All-Stars Heat coaching staff is centered on fostering a winning attitude, helping athletes develop physically and mentally, and instilling a true enjoyment and passion for the sport of cheerleading. Our diverse coaching staff permits each coach to contribute their best qualities and talents, which translates into the success of our cheerleaders, individually and as a team. Our goal is to help each athlete reach their full potential, and while our coaching staff recognizes the uniqueness of each individual, our staff will provide challenges to foster personal growth, leadership, and teamwork.



Coach Bryanna Williams

Bryanna came to Cheer Force to continue her passion for cheer and to be a role model for young athletes. She started her cheer career at the age of 3 which allowed her to be able to cheer for Pop Warner youth cheer teams, middle school, high school and ultimately landing in the All Star cheer world. Bryana spent 4 years coaching at Holy Cross Elementary School.  Throughout Bryana’s 17-year cheer career she has earned many state championship titles and a national title.  Bryanna's favorite part of cheerleading is learning and teaching a routine and showing it off at competitions. Cheerleading is life for Bryanna and has full filled her in more ways than one.


Coach Kashyia Thomas

Coach Kashyia began her cheer and dance career at an early age. Starting out dancing at Christina cultural arts center, Kashyia was introduced to competitive cheerleading  when she joined Diamond State Wildcats All-Star Cheerleading program, where she cheered competitively for several years. An immediate interest for the sport was sparked, and her passion for cheerleading quickly grew! She has over 10yrs in competitive cheerleading experience, cheering for Cheer Force All-Stars,  and Christiana High Schools competitive cheer team. During high school she also cheered for  varsity football and basketball    for 4 years,  making  captain her junior and senior year. Kashyia has also cheered at the collegiate level for Delaware State University.  During her time as an athlete, Kashyia has won multiple state and national championships, and decided  to share her skills, knowledge, and love of the sport with others, as a coach. She started coaching, and choreographing cheer and hip hop dance routines for Destiny All-Stars Cheer program, and continued  coaching for Dover CR Raiders, and Christina School Districts Rec cheer and hip hop team. 


Ben Prather

Coach Ben cheered for the University of Delaware for four years and won two D1 national championships in UCA cheerleading. He has coaching experience in all-star, high school, recreational, and college cheerleading. Through these experiences, he has become proficient in coordinating/organizing various activities, instructing athletes of all ages, and assisting all athletes in achieving their full potential.
